One question we see over and over again from fans is what the cast of Wilfred are like in real life, and whether they have anything in common with the characters they play. For example, like his character Ryan, does Elijah Wood exist in a seemingly alternate plane of reality that constantly places his sanity into question? It’s probably best to let Elijah answer that one for himself.
